We're currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Baton Rouge team. What You'll Do As a Housekeeper, you'll help ensure our fully furnished corporate apartments are clean, well-stocked, and ready for incoming guests. Our apartments are located throughout the city and you will need to be willing to drive our company vehicle to various locations. Responsibilities include: Clean and prepare corporate apartments and guest suites to company standards Change and launder linens and assist with laundry operations Organize and maintain cleaning supplies Stock, package, receive, and refurbish housewares and linens Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records Help ensure each apartment is guest-ready and welcoming What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently while paying close attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous residential or hospitality housekeeping experience preferred Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends Pay & Benefits $15–$16 per hour Weekly pay Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) with company match Paid holidaysPaid time off Tuition reimbursement Join an Employee-Owned Company At Viciniti, you're more than an employee, you're an owner.
