We are also open to considering a Full Charge Bookkeeper with more advanced experience. For the right individual, there is a clear path into a management role within the first six months, with the opportunity to eventually lead the bookkeeping function. What You'll Do As a member of our Client Accounting Services team, you'll work with a variety of clients while providing high-quality accounting support, including: Monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting Preparing and maintaining accurate trial balances Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processing payroll, payroll tax filings, and 1099s Maintaining organized client records and documentation Working within QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting platforms Partnering with clients to help keep their businesses financially organized Collaborating closely with our bookkeeping team and firm partners to provide exceptional client service What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Experienced in bookkeeping or accounting (3+ years preferred) Comfortable using QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Office Knowledgeable in double-entry accounting, payroll, A/P, A/R, and reconciliations Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail A proactive self-starter who enjoys finding solutions independently Comfortable communicating with clients and working as part of a collaborative team Willing to work additional hours during busy seasons when needed Why You'll Love Working Here Our bookkeeping team works closely together in a supportive environment where collaboration is encouraged—not micromanagement.
