Overview: A racquet attendant in a tennis shop plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the shop operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries about racquets, accessories, and service.
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment of stock as needed.
• Promote current sales, discounts, and new products to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tennis shop, including display areas.
