Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- 2020 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Cares for post-cardiac surgery, cardiac, and general medical patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is required unless otherwise approved prior to confirmation. Expected to work at least one major summer holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day) or one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day). Call requirements: as required by the facility. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week at the request of the candidate.

Special Requests: Up to 5 days of requested time off in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; anything more is subject to approval prior to confirmation and time would need to be made up at the end of the assignment.
