Assistant General Manager Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Manager in opening, closing, and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring a clean environment, high customer service, and effective crew leadership. Responsibilities Maintain a clean restaurant that exceeds others in appearance Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment Multitask with a sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience Understand and uphold accountability and integrity Key holder duties Perform all opening and closing store tasks Bake bread and perform all prep duties Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people Be proficient in slicing Create employee schedules Place inventory orders Act as Manager in all capacities when needed Assist in employee training Lead by example Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions Qualifications High school degree or equivalent 1 year QSR experience preferred Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler Reliable transportation Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge; positive personality Thrive in a fast‑pace environment Desire to improve self and skill sets Effective communication with guests; positive personality Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs Meet schedule requirements and be reliable performer #J-18808-Ljbffr
