National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution

AbbVie seeks a National Manager to drive oncology nurse educator strategy and field execution across three hematology franchises. This strategic role translates portfolio priorities into field plans, leads cross-functional teams, and optimizes operations without direct customer responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into clear field priorities and execution plans across franchises
Support creation of portfolio nursing strategy for HCP and nurse education on disease and therapy management
Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and navigate competing franchise priorities
Partner with field operations to ensure effective tools, processes, and infrastructure for field execution
Leverage field data and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
5+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred
Field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, or commercial strategy experience preferred
Strong oncology clinical acumen and understanding of hematology treatment and nursing practice
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for complex clinical and business information
Proficiency with project management, analytics, and emerging technology capabilities
