Patient Care:

Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for patients with a wide range of urological conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and medical history.
- Perform a variety of urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, CT scans, and urodynamic studies.
- Manage chronic conditions including prostate cancer, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and BPH.
- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care and educate patients on recovery and self-care.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, radiologists, and oncologists, to ensure integrated care delivery.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical case discussions to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical research initiatives and stay current with evolving techniques and advancements in urology.
- Provide mentorship and education to medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare team members.
- Education : MD or DO degree required.
- Training : Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Urology.
- Certification : Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years preferred, though highly trained new graduates will also be considered.
- Skills : Strong diagnostic and clinical capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in urological procedures and surgeries.
