Endocrinologist – Outpatient Only Full-Time | Multispecialty Clinic | Wilson, NC

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endocrinologist for a full-time opportunity at a multispecialty clinic in Wilson, North Carolina. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with outpatient-only responsibilities, no call, and the option for a four-day work week.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, employed position
• Outpatient only – no hospital call
• Monday–Friday schedule (4-day work week option available)
• 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week
• Join a state-of-the-art multispecialty practice offering comprehensive primary and specialty care
• Collaborative environment with a strong built-in referral network
• On-site services include: cardiac pulmonary rehab, respiratory therapy, moderate complexity lab, x-ray, ultrasound, ECHO, mammography, retail pharmacy
• Strong referral and patient transport support from a regional medical center
• Integrated system-wide EMR
• Opportunity to live in Greenville or Raleigh, NC

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with potential performance bonus

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Strong interest in outpatient clinical practice
• New graduates encouraged to apply
