We are a private commercial data-intelligence and financial brokerage firm. We are hunting for ruthless, articulate, and performance-driven outbound appointment setters based in Latin America or the Philippines to call US-based business owners.

You will be spearheading outbound B2B campaigns for high-ticket commercial services, primarily focusing on:

* **High-Compliance IT Security:** Securing meetings with Enterprise Cybersecurity firms and IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

This is a pure Appointment Setting role. You do not have to close the deal. Your only job is to get past the gatekeeper, qualify the prospect, and secure a calendar meeting with the decision-maker. We handle the close.

We operate a strict, high-yield performance structure. If you need a guaranteed hourly rate just to log in and look at a screen, do not apply.

* **The Probationary Sprint (100% Commission-Only):** As an Independent Contractor (1099), you will earn a **$1,000 flat bounty** for every meeting you book that results in the client signing our upfront operational retainer.
* **Lead Generation Protocol:** During your initial probationary period, you will prospect your own targets. Once you've shown you can do this properly after a few weeks, you will feed us the CEO's Name, Company, and Address. We will execute the internal verification and hand you back the direct phone numbers to dial. Once you prove your execution capability and close ratios, you will be granted direct access to our proprietary, pre-vetted data feeds.
* **Management Upside:** Once you successfully secure a flagship client, there is immediate room for you to recruit, grow, and manage your own dedicated outbound team to service that account (compensation and overrides subject to discussion).
* **Transparency:** You will have full CRM visibility. You will see exactly where your booked meetings stand in our pipeline.

**Requirements:**

* **Flawless, Near-Native English:** Exceptional verbal communication. You must be capable of speaking peer-to-peer with American tech founders and IT executives.
* **B2B Call Center or Inside Sales Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience handling cold outbound B2B sales or appointment setting.
* **Technical Sovereignty:** A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a noise-canceling headset, and a completely quiet remote workspace.
