Company Description Versatility Physical Therapy is a Brooklyn-based outpatient clinic focused on helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. The team provides individualized, evidence-based care for a broad range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, from sports and work-related injuries to post-operative rehabilitation, joint replacements, balance and gait disorders, vertigo, concussion, TMJ, arthritis, chronic pain, and nerve-related issues. Treatment plans are carefully tailored to each person, with an emphasis on identifying root causes, restoring movement, and building lasting strength and resilience. Clinicians combine hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and progressive rehabilitation to help individuals move with greater confidence and independence. We see manageable patient loads, and sustainable schedules. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in the Boro Park/Sunset Park regions of Brooklyn, NY. The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and development of individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training, while monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on condition management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to support long-term outcomes. The Physical Therapist will document care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment. Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, including knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, therapeutic interventions, and clinical best practices. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, with experience designing and progressing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals and functional needs. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust and motivate diverse patients. Experience supporting Home Care and home exercise programs, including developing clear instructions and educating patients and caregivers for safe follow-through. Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) in New York State, or eligibility for licensure. Effective written and verbal communication skills for documentation, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional standards in a busy outpatient setting. Previous outpatient orthopedic or neurologic experience is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
