What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Provide warm, attentive service by assisting guests and responding to requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Support caf operations by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and ensuring tables are properly set and stocked.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and culinary teams to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold The Pfister Hotel's luxury hospitality standards by creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Position Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 2530 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
