This is an outstanding opportunity for a transactional legal professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients, managing sophisticated deals, and making a meaningful impact within a growing organization.The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting commercial real estate and corporate transactions and will thrive in a fast-paced, business-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projectsManage transaction timelines, closing checklists, and electronic closing bindersCoordinate signatures, document execution, and closing deliverablesAssist with corporate entity formations and governance mattersMaintain corporate records and organizational documentsPrepare and coordinate state filings and annual compliance requirementsAssist with due diligence review and transaction supportCommunicate with clients, lenders, investors, title companies, and opposing counselTrack outstanding items and proactively ensure transactions remain on scheduleQualifications2+ years of paralegal corporate transactions and commercial real estate transaction experience requiredStrong organizational and project management skillsExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently in a remote environment (must be based in Illinois)Excellent communication and client service skillsComfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneouslyBenefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
