Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines. Up to $12,500 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance available to eligible candidates (see terms below) Terms 12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation. Location: AdventHealth Winter Garden Primary Job Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments.

• Required] Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments.
• Required] Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures.
• Required] Must be proficient in English.
• Required] Ability to communicate effectively.
• Required] EMR charting.
• Preferred] Computer literate.
• Preferred] Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Education [Required] Associate's of Nursing. [Preferred] Bachelor's of Nursing. Work Experience 1+ year operating room experience required. 1+ year surgery experience.
