Must have skills:
- 5+ years of change management experience – has been through multiple life cycles.
- Experience developing communication plans
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience providing support and delivery of training programs through change management efforts
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Comfortable in the gray area
- Utilities Experience

- Agile / Scrum certifications
