Duration: Long term
Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2)
Between 40 Hours/Week
Timing - 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM EST - 11:00 PM EST
Responsibilities:
This position is working in a functional unit that includes two correctional facilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, identify changes, and communicate updates promptly to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
