JOB SUMMARYThis individual contributor works with minimal supervision to provide health systems engineering expertise related to Lean Six Sigma and Health System performance improvement functions under the leadership of the Quality & Operational Excellence department. This role plays a critical part in advancing our journey toward becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Key responsibilities include leading process improvement initiatives, consulting with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges and delivering education and training on Continuous Improvement (CI) and Structured Problem-Solving methodologies.
