Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Store Operations Lead to provide day‑to‑day leadership in a retail environment at $15/hour. This is a working leadership role for someone who can support a team, serve customers, solve routine problems, and keep daily operations moving. Key Responsibilities Provide daily direction and support to store employees. Help oversee opening, closing, staffing, floor coverage, and daily priorities. Train and support team members while reinforcing procedures and expectations. Provide excellent, knowledgeable customer service and assist customers with product selection. Help oversee receiving, stocking, pricing, merchandising, and store organization. Monitor and fulfill website orders, including customer communication and routine order issues. Reconcile daily sales and prepare bank deposits according to established procedures. Recognize and resolve routine issues independently while knowing when to involve ownership. Help ensure the store operates smoothly when owners are not present. Retail or management experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on store systems, products, inventory, fulfillment, and other procedures.
