You will be the welcoming voice and organizational backbone of Anastasio Law Group. You'll ensure every client interaction, from their first inquiry to the delivery of their completed plan, is seamless, supportive, and remarkably efficient. You'll be the person who allows our attorney to focus on high-level legal work, knowing the client journey is in your exceptionally capable hands. This isn't just an administrative job; it's a pivotal role in delivering peace of mind to clients and enabling our firm's growth.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrating the Client Journey : You will manage all client communications post-engagement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

• Mastering Intake & Onboarding : You will handle all incoming calls, conduct initial client intake, and ensure prospective clients complete their 'homework' 90% of the time before their Life & Legacy Planning Session (LLPS).

• Ensuring Flawless Deliverables : You will meticulously prepare and assemble client binders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Proactive Client Engagement : You will conduct pre- and post-webinar/seminar outreach, and proactively follow up with clients to ensure their intake portal is completed accurately and on time.

• Document Management Guru : You will efficiently scan and organize client documents, maintaining an impeccable digital filing system.

• Supporting Firm Growth : You will free up the attorney's time by handling operational tasks, allowing them to focus on business development and client service.

• You are tech-savvy and comfortable with various software (Lawmatics, Legacy Architects, LEAP, Microsoft Office), automation, and CRM systems, always looking for ways to improve efficiency.

• You possess a warm, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, making clients feel at ease and well-informed.

• You are eager to be a foundational member of a growing firm and contribute directly to its success and client satisfaction.
