Leading a team of Decision Scientists, the full-time Senior Marketing Decision Scientist will oversee paid marketing analytics, incrementality testing, and marketing measurement frameworks while collaborating closely with senior marketing leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Decision Scientists and Marketing Analysts, ensuring high-quality output and performance Own the delivery of paid marketing analytics workstreams, including goal-setting, pacing, and performance analysis Serve as the primary analytical contact for senior marketing leadership, contributing to marketing measurement frameworks and strategic budget allocation Required qualifications 8+ years in data science, analytics, or a quantitative role, with 3+ years of team management experience Expertise in paid marketing measurement techniques, including incrementality testing and marketing mix modeling Strong SQL skills and data fluency for validating team outputs Proven ability to manage senior cross-functional relationships independently Experience translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
