Xfinity Retail Service Associate - Bilingual Required

Job Summary Responsible for supporting the store team and delivering a best‑in‑class experience for customers. Provides customer support, maintains inventory, ensures cleanliness, and assists with sales opportunities as needed. Core Responsibilities Support store team in front and back of store, linking customers to sales consultants. Scan sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories and walkways are clean and functioning; report exceptions. Greet customers and facilitate sales opportunities by connecting them to sales consultants in a timely manner. Demonstrate Xfinity technology and services to new customers, ensuring they understand basics of Xfinity services. Handle non‑sales customer service transactions: equipment returns, swaps, pickup for buy‑online‑pick‑up in‑store orders, post‑sales support for device data transfers and number ports, assistance with online account setup, data transfer, mobile device education, and account set‑up errors. Assist store leadership with inventory and merchandising: inspect back‑of‑store, receive inventory, stock, conduct weekly cycle count, and suggest improvements. Adapt to store priorities, demonstrate professionalism and integrity, and carry up to 25‑pound boxes, stand and move about the store consistently. Maintain regular, consistent, punctual attendance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required). 0–2 years of relevant work experience. Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially Comcast products and services. Excellent communication, customer‑focused, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, and workplace organization. Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Benefits Base pay $15.63 per hour. Eligible for commission (sales) or bonus (non‑sales). Eligible for best‑in‑class benefits.
