As a Toddler Teacher, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn through exploration and play. Through Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® approach , you'll help toddlers build confidence, communication skills, independence, and a strong foundation for future learning.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote language, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Foster curiosity and exploration through hands-on learning experiences
• Support children as they develop independence, self-help skills, and confidence
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
• Guide toddlers using positive behavior management techniques
• Observe and document developmental milestones and progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, and transitions
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to create exceptional learning experiences

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• A strong communicator who enjoys partnering with families
• Committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience working with toddlers or young children preferred
• Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions
• Ability to maintain required state in-service training
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available)
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and participate in daily classroom activities
• Basic computer and technology skills
