Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in the RIA or client-facing financial services industry.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Solid organizational, detail-oriented, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other client service platforms, plus exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active FINRA Series 65 License preferred, or ability to pass within 90 days of employment.

Your responsibilities as the Client Service Associate will include:

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account updates.
• Support new client onboarding, including documentation collection and account setup.
• Prepare and maintain client reports, meeting materials, and performance summaries.
• Assist Financial Advisors with administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, travel, and document management.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
