Mid-Level Data Analyst

Supporting the Claims Control Physical Damage team, the full-time Mid-Level Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports, perform analyses, and monitor trends remotely to enhance accuracy and consistency in physical damage claim handling. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and analyses to support the Calibrations and Total Loss and Salvage agendas Monitor trends and respond to ad hoc requests to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with team members to provide analytical assistance for operational decision-making Required qualifications A minimum of four years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with one year of experience Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL Familiarity with large data concepts and practices Intermediate computer skills, including advanced spreadsheet functionality Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
