Customer Service Office Admin PartTime

Sharon-Cutwell is seeking an energetic, detail-focused candidate for an Inside Sales & Estimator position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with customers, and helping keep a fast-moving manufacturing environment running smoothly.

We’re looking for a positive, upbeat person who takes pride in accuracy, communicates well with others, learns quickly, and can adapt to changing customer needs. The right candidate will work closely with customers, distributors, engineering, production, and purchasing teams.

This position is expected to begin as part-time (20–25 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position with benefits as workload and responsibilities expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales order entry and customer order communications
• Customer service support and order status follow-up
• Opening and coordinating RFQ requests for Engineering
• Supporting quoting and estimating activities with the design team
• Creating Quotes for specific types of non-engineered products
• Assisting Purchasing with discretionary purchasing items
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail is a must
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and feedback professionally
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Epicor experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook)
• Previous order entry, customer service, inside sales, or estimating experience preferred
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Schedule & Benefits

• Desired schedule: Monday–Friday, 20–25 hours/week, primarily in-office
• Flexible but consistent daily hours (ideal schedule approx. 10 AM–3:30 PM), but open to other options as needed. Must fit within normal business hours of 8:00AM-3:30PM.
