Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry
Location: Falmouth, MA
Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Compensation:
- FROM $2,000 weekly - Local candidate
- FROM $2,500 weekly - Traveller candidate
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow department-specific standards and expectations.
- Deliver care with a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Utilize available internal and external resources to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum 2+ years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience.
- Prior travel nursing experience required.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and IV therapy.
- Successful completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module.
- Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia exam.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
