Job Opportunity At Little Fish Swimming

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly person to add to our team at Little Fish Swimming. Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, emails, helping with registration of new swimmers, listening to customer concerns and assisting with administrative needs.

This is a multi site position, so candidates must be able to work at both our Central Park location in Fredericksburg and our New Post location near South Point.

Availability Required:

• Monday: 3:00pm- 4:00pm (Remote)
• Tuesday: 2:00pm- 7:00pm (Central Park)
• Thursday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm (New Post)
• Friday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm (New Post)
• Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (New Post)

*Opportunity for additional hours available during the Spring/Summer season.

Job Duties including but not limited to:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Delivering supplies to our other locations.
• Other duties as requested
• Act as the host during scheduled birthday parties by ensuring the event runs smoothly. Keep the party on track by following the scheduled activities, maintaining facility cleanliness, and coordinating food and drink deliveries. Engage with guests to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring all aspects of the party flow seamlessly.
