Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity
Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a consistent overnight schedule? We're seeking a dedicated Local Contract LPN to join a Skilled Nursing Facility providing exceptional care to residents. This opportunity is ideal for nurses looking for predictable hours with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
- Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
