The CIO will be responsible for translating the company's vision into clear priorities and measurable results, ensuring that all work is aligned and effectively implemented to deliver scalable, community-centered impact. This role involves shaping organizational culture, fostering collaboration, and continuous learning, and requires a senior leader with a proven track record in philanthropy, healthcare, policy, government, or a related field. The successful candidate will be a systems thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a collaborative leader with a strong commitment to advancing equity and community-centered impact. Key responsibilities for the CIO include leading the execution of strategic priorities, identifying and elevating emerging health and wellness issues, and establishing decision-making frameworks to guide the organization's work. The role also involves serving as a key external ambassador, building and stewarding strategic partnerships, and providing internal leadership to program staff. The ideal candidate will have a background in senior leadership, experience in systems-change efforts, and a demonstrated ability to build and align diverse stakeholders.
