JOB DETAILS The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) seeks an Academic Urologist to join its growing Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery. This opportunity offers the ability to develop a broad-based clinical practice while contributing to education, mentorship, research, and program development within one of Texas' premier academic health centers. Faculty appointments are available at ranks commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments.UTMB is actively expanding its Urology Service Line and recruiting physicians with interests in General Urology, Endourology, Men's Health and Fertility, Urologic Oncology, and minimally invasive or robotic surgery. The practice encompasses a broad range of bread-and-butter urology, including benign and oncologic conditions, stone disease, men's health, voiding dysfunction, and minimally invasive procedures.The successful candidate will enjoy teaching residents and medical students while pursuing scholarly activities that align with their professional interests and departmental priorities.Community InformationLocated on the Texas Gulf Coast, Galveston offers a unique blend of coastal living, historic charm, and academic opportunity.
