Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate

We’re looking for Parts Associates with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience to join us at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Responsibilities Sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts Managing parts returns and general inventory Communicating with dealers and suppliers Managing reconciliation and recording of payment for parts Compensation and Schedule Pay: Starting pay is $18.50/hr. Schedule: Locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need. First shift: Mon‑Fri 6am‑3pm. Location: 2785 Beverly Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. General Qualifications and Requirements Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and withstand excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
