Job Summary As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations for a small multi‑unit healthcare dining account. You will manage and lead a team of 30‑35 associates, cultivate client relations, and ensure the food offered to patients and customers meets superior quality standards. You will also be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent relationships with patients, customers, guests, clients, and other departments. Collaborate with the chef and management team to create menus and deliver top‑quality food. Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account. Implement new culinary programs. Preferred Qualifications BS in Hospitality or Culinary Education preferred. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required or willingness to obtain CDM within 18 months of hire. Three to five years of foodservice operation experience with demonstrated success leading multiple operations, developing teams, and driving results. Experience in high‑volume food production (patient, retail, and catering) essential. Familiarity with regulatory compliance. Previous budget management experience.
