Bakery Production Associate

Bakery Production Associate

Bakery Production Associates shall follow the Production Team Leader’s direction and fully embrace Capistrano’s Bakery Prime Directives and Statement of Values; coupled with the adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Associates perform duties as listed below and may include additional responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

Read production schedules and documents
Operate bakery machinery
Document counts, weights, sizes and times
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Package and stage finished bakery goods

Qualifications

Be 18 years or older
Possess basic math skills
Work in a fast-paced environment
Possess good communication skills
Work well with a team
Able to follow written and verbal directions

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Stand and bend for extended periods of time
Have clean appearance and good hygiene
