The incumbent will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and dining experience for our guests. This person will be expected to coach, mentor, and care for your people.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed budgets while focusing cost of goods sold and EBITDAManage all daily paperwork at the unit level including sales reports, red book information, shift inventories and all other necessary paperwork to insure the profitability of the unitMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your unit at all timesComplete monthly inspection of unit using the Unit Inspection form in the red bookOrder all food and supplies needed to operate the unit on a daily basisHire and discipline staff membersSelect and develop a staff member to assume all your duties when you are out of the unitHold monthly meeting with all employees to discuss any relevant information they need to assist in the running of the unitEstablish a visible presence in the community by visiting businesses, churches, civic organizations etc. to drive business and increase salesEnforce all brands standards, company policies and proceduresEnsure that all new hire paperwork, timesheets and payroll data, disciplinary actions, and personal data sheets are completed correctly and in a timely mannerTrain all levels of staff in proper operations of the unit for POS systems, back of house functions and front of house operationsNotify the District Manager or Vice President of Operations of any hurdles to your successQualificationsHigh School Diploma or completion of a GEDAbility to communicate effectively with all hourly associatesAbility to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unitPrevious restaurant experience requiredCurrent ServSafe CertificationOur ValuesCommitment to ExcellenceWork HardTeamworkMake a DifferenceHave FunCompensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
