Job Responsibilities Directs daily operations, assigns work, and ensures service levels are met across tickets, incidents, and requests. Oversee workstation and server administration, account and device provisioning, patching and compliance, backup and recovery, and change coordination with base communications and enterprise network partners. Maintain SOPs and runbooks, track asset and license records, delivers status updates to the Program Manager and COR, and manages the on-call rotation. Mentor technicians, validates security/control adherence in collaboration with ISSO/ISSE functions, and ensures coverage during leave and surge. Job Requirements U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance are required. Candidates must meet DoD 8140/8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+ CE) at start. 5–7 years of hands‑on system/network administration experience in enterprise or DoD environments. Demonstrated expertise with Windows Server/Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper‑V), backup/restore, endpoint/configuration management, and ticketing systems. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, STIGs/RMF touchpoints, and PowerShell scripting is expected. Strong customer service, written/oral communication, and leadership skills are critical, as is the ability to organize workload, document procedures, and support occasional after‑hours maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Centuria
