Key Responsibilities Provide direct, individualized behavior support based on behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Teach communication, social, and self-care skills, fostering independence and growth. Implement de-escalation strategies and maintain a safe environment during challenging situations. Collaborate with supervisors, teachers, and families to ensure cohesive support. Collect and manage data to track progress and refine interventions. Qualifications Must be available afternoons starting around 3:00–3:30 PM, usually until about 6:30 PM. RBT certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring. Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral differences is a plus. Strong communication, patience, and ability to connect with clients and families. Flexibility to travel locally for sessions and work some evening cases as needed. Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED).
