Location: Manassas, VA
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: $18.00 to $22.00

Position Summary


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping products within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Load and unload trucks
• Label, sort, and store inventory in designated areas
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklifts if certified)
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications


Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse or light industrial experience
• Forklift certification
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
