As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Management trainees are taught every aspect of the business to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the program. The on‑job training lasts approximately 18‑24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is required; we provide the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company. Ideal candidates possess outstanding communication skills, are geographically flexible, and thrive in an energetic multi‑faced environment. Reports To: Training Manager Minimum Qualifications: Relocation required – willing and able to relocate during and upon completion of the program (up to one or more times) Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s degree (or related experience) Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience Demonstrated leadership or involvement in student organizations Demonstrated experience facilitating teams or groups successfully Additional Competencies: Leadership skills Self‑motivated and proactive Team oriented Competitive Entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills Effective problem‑solving skills Working Conditions: Conditions vary by training segment and may include warehouse, office, and external environments. Some segments involve lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to extreme heat or cold. Office segments may involve extended sitting. Travel may be required by car or by air. Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually.
