Summary of Duties Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education. Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations. Document all assessments, plans, procedures, and pertinent interactions in the electronic documentation system. Contribute to efficient clinic operations by working as a team and assisting others when needed. Keep all patient interaction confidential with informed consent. Qualifications / Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings. Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations. Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities. Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high‑stress environment. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Extended periods working at a video display terminal and use of a keyboard. Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged sitting and standing. Responsibility for personal transportation to and from the IRG clinic.
