About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, thrives on connecting with people, and wants hands-on experience managing real client accounts. You’ll be the glue between our content team and our clients - creating, posting, engaging, and building relationships. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling for client social media accounts Actively engage with followers - responding to comments, messages, and building community Post and create engaging Instagram/TikTok stories Attend film shoots to help capture content and bring creative ideas to life Jump on client calls and help maintain strong client communication Support content creation, including light filming and editing as needed Stay active on platforms - commenting on and engaging with other relevant accounts What We’re Looking For Outgoing, personable, and comfortable being the face of client communication A “yes and” attitude - willing to jump in wherever needed A creative eye for content, stories, and graphic design Comfortable filming and/or editing short-form content Reliable and local to the Houston area (required for film shoots and in-person needs) Strong communication skills and follow-through Social media savvy - you understand what makes content perform Details Location: Houston, Texas (local candidates only) Hours: 10-15 hours per week (flexible based on client and shoot schedules) Pay: $15/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
