Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

For over 37 years, we have provided screen printing, embroidery, vehicle graphics, promotional products, and branded merchandise solutions. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team as a Screen Print Production Assistant .

Position Summary

The Screen Print Production Assistant plays a critical support role within our production department. This position is responsible for preparing screens, supporting press operators, maintaining ink and screen inventory, and performing essential production-related tasks that help ensure efficient workflow, quality output, and on-time order completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to learn the screen printing industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the pre-press department with screen coating, screen preparation, and screen stretching.
• Remove and reclaim screens from production presses after jobs are completed.
• Mix and prepare inks according to production specifications.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory control within the ink department.
• Clean and maintain squeegees, screens, and related screen-printing equipment.
• Apply labels, stickers, and job identification materials to completed orders as they exit production.
• Remove, transport, and properly dispose of shop waste and production-related trash.
• Assist production personnel with material movement and job preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Perform additional production support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior screen printing or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.  We will train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to inks, cleaning solutions, machinery, and varying noise levels.
