What You'll Do:

• Coordinate daily schedules for drivers and field personnel.
• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers.
• Communicate with field teams to ensure timely service and route efficiency.
• Enter and update work orders and customer information accurately.
• Monitor schedules and adjust dispatch plans as priorities change throughout the day.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving scheduling issues.
• Work closely with operations, drivers, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
