Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, PACU Experience: 4 years Licenses: RN-HI Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed)

BLS(Copy needed)

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history
