Our client, a hospital located in California, is seeking a locum Hematologist/Oncologist for a 120-day assignment starting in March 2025, with the potential for extension. The selected physician will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in the hospital's Cancer Center. This outpatient clinic position involves seeing routine appointments for initial exams, diagnoses, follow-ups, and treatment plans for both hematology and medical oncology patients, with a 50/50 patient mix. The role does not include procedures or inpatient coverage. The facility uses Cerner as their EMR system. This position offers an opportunity to work in a prestigious cancer center, providing comprehensive care to hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
