Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem opportunity is for a skilled pharmacist with retail experience, providing essential pharmaceutical services on a flexible schedule. The role focuses on ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications while delivering responsive patient care.

Schedule:

• Saturday, 10/3: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday, 10/5: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday, 10/6: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Bristol, CT

Responsibilities:

• Review prescription data for accuracy and completeness
• Verify pharmaceutical products and dispense medications safely
• Provide patient consultations regarding medication usage and safety
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone to address concerns and provide information

Qualifications:

• Current, active, and clear Connecticut pharmacist license
• Minimum of one year of recent pharmacy experience, preferably in retail settings
• Strong attention to detail in data and product verification
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction
