Physical Therapist - New Graduates are Welcome to Apply - Bastrop, TX - Offering a Sign-on Bonus!

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM | No weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage clinical operations at our newest outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine facility.
Collaborate with the existing full-time PT and management team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Oversee and participate in business development and community outreach to support clinic growth.
Provide mentorship and contribute to our structured professional development program.
Support implementation of performance-based programs and track clinic productivity and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
New graduates are welcome to apply
One year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
Passion for sports medicine and working with active patient populations.
