Malone Solutions is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a client in the Seymour, IN area.

Our client is a small, family-owned business with over 80 years of success. They specialize in prints and novelties and operate as a 3PL provider across multiple facilities. They value teamwork and work-life balance.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level, fast-paced role focused on shipping and receiving. You will work in trailers and warehouse areas stacking and organizing boxes.

This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities

Load and unload trailers
Stack and organize boxes (up to 40 lbs)
Print and apply shipping labels
Assist with general shipping and receiving tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Must pass drug screen and background check
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to Seymour, IN
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (printing labels)
Must speak English or be bilingual
Strong attendance and reliability required

Conversion & Benefits (Upon Hire)

Benefits available after 31 days
401(k) eligibility after 90 days
Accrue 3 hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked
Pay increase upon full-time hire
