Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Indiana Regional Medical Center (IRMC).

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Unit Details: Outpatient, ED patients, OR, little to no fluoro.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Sun variable shift options: 7a - 3:30p, 7:30a - 4p, 8a - 4:30p, 8:30a - 5p, 9a - 5:30p; occasionally 3p - 11:30p. No midnight shifts.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
