Job Description:
This role supports a local company with their Mail Room Supervisor needs.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Supports and assists Manager, Administrative Services in all aspects of the departmental, operational, project and development concerns.
•    Work in tandem with Jersey City and New York to ensure mail services business continuity workflow is in place and ready for activation.
•    Supervise all mail services including shipping & receiving, adverse action letters and special projects.
•    Maintain all copiers and copy areas in the Greensboro location
•    Submit vendor invoices to Accounts Payable pertaining to local admin Service’s needs.
•    Oversee receptionist and their duties including receiving guests in an appropriate manner, providing access cards, parking information, ticket distribution and superior customer experience.
•    Oversee training room activities, including room reconfiguration, food setup and all other requests
