Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and actions, collaborating closely with clients to foster accountability and engagement in their healing journey.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care coordination and comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Engage in group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups designed to enhance clients' skills and resilience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
