About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Clinical Strategy & Integration to serve as the strategic architect and integration leader for its clinical organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a holistic, member-centric clinical strategy that is focused on health outcomes, member experience, and total cost of care. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payer economics, care delivery, provider and member incentives, and medical cost drivers, to ensure that the clinical strategy is grounded in the practical realities of changing healthcare behavior. The VP will also be tasked with integrating the clinical strategy into the broader business, aligning various functions, and owning the clinical affordability agenda to deliver measurable results. Applicants for the VP of Clinical Strategy & Integration role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in managing large, cross-functional product teams and budget and capacity models. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic alignment, enterprise integration, and cross-functional program development. The ideal candidate will have a background in managed care, experience in value-based care models, and formal training in business process or management engineering. Key responsibilities include performance analytics, technology and capability partnership, and leading a high-performing team with a focus on healthcare rigor, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
